Look for the girl at the bar who has multiple drinks in front of her at once and that is probably me. I am often called upon to be the taste testing guinea pig for my favorite bartenders and I am happy to do it. Why am I asked? Because they know they will get a thorough, thoughtful and honest answer followed up by a big round of applause when a drink is great, and some on point suggestions as to how to tweak it if its not. I believe that great service makes or breaks a guest experience; this IS the hospitality industry.
