Mia Mastroianni (or Tall Mia, as she's known in the L.A. bar scene) is behind the stick in the city’s most exclusive members-only club - Soho House WeHo. With more than one million views on YouTube, you also might recognize her starring in the spoof video "Sh*t People Say to Bartenders." Earlier this year, she competed in San Diego Speed Rack 2013, raising money for breast cancer research.

We caught up with the classy East Coast brunette to find out her favorite bar scene in a movie, idea of happiness in a glass and what she’d be if not a bartender, among other things: 

Your best trait?
Sense of humor.

Favorite quality in a bartender?
Attentiveness and the ability to make a good drink. 

Least favorite quality in a bartender?
When they ignore you or are overly pretentious.

Least favorite quality about yourself?
Procrastination.

What is your greatest extravagance?
My sweet 2005 Toyota Corolla. 

On what occasion do you lie?
On bartender quizzes.

If you weren't a bartender, what would you be?
Diurnal.

Your idea of happiness in a glass?
Bourbon.

Your idea of misery in a glass?
Warm beer.

Your favorite drinking quote?
Man down!

Your favorite bar scene depicted in a movie?
When Ryan Gosling expertly makes Old Fashioned’s in Crazy, Stupid, Love… because he actually does it right.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

What do you consider your greatest achievement?
I recently won $8 at the Bamboo Panda slot machine in Vegas.

What superpower would you like to have?
To be able to fly… while invisible.

What is your greatest regret? 
My theatre degree.
