David Shenaut is a founding member of the Oregon Bartenders’s Guild and the current President. His commitment to excellence and passion for his craft is on display nightly at Portland, Oregon’s Kask and Rum Club. David found his passion for creating unique seasonal libations while working for farm-to-table Chef Brad Root at Roots Restaurant and Bar. He then honed his skills under Daniel Shoemaker at Teardrop Lounge, spending much of his energy studying classic cocktails and the world history of spirits. He has consulted on many new cocktails programs in the North West including Tommy O’s Pacific Rim Bistro and Nuestra Mesa.
