FOR HER ORIGINAL COCKTAIL
"Velvet Magenta, packed with flavor and layered texture is perfect for Winter! Old Forester bourbon is a great base for this silky whiskey sour. Chambord adds a deep berry yet floral note to the cocktail and the introduction of rosemary to the rich demerara syrup rounds in an earthy depth. Topping the airy foam with Cardamom Bitters will prepare your senses for a true winter classic."
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 - 0.75 oz rosemary infused demerara syrup
1 piece egg white
3 dashes cardamom bitters
“Dry” Shake all ingredients for about 20-25 seconds, add ice and hard shake for about 15-20seconds. Strain into glass of your choosing (old Fashioned glass, coupe or martini). Let set for 5 seconds and add three drops of cardamom bitters to foam and swirl.
