Inspiration: The changing of seasons and the weather cooling off. I wanted to go camping one more time before the cold. My herbal choices and bitters weren’t just enough but what tied them together was the Redemption Rye. Without that “wild rye” this cocktail wouldn’t work.


Ingredients

  • 2.00 oz Redemption Rye
  • 0.25 oz Applewood smoke powder syrup
  • 0.50 oz Green Chartreuse 
  • 0.75 oz Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur 
  • 2 dashes of black walnut bitters 

Method


Stirred and served over a big cube. Mist of Laphroaig on top. Toasted marshmallow for garnish.
